Villa Razanj is located in the centre of the small village Razanj on the plot of 250 sq meters. In the ground floor there are kitchen and the living / dining room from where you enter a beautiful, cultivated garden surrounding house with patio and table for outdoor dining. There is also barbecue for your use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom, with living room and beautiful terrace with excellent view. In the living room there are two sofa beds that can be used as double beds.

 

Ražanj is a small tourist settlement in the municipality of Rogoznica, located not far away from Rogoznica towards south, and about 45 km from Šibenik.

Ražanj was traditionally a small fishermen's settlement, but at the beginning of the 70ies of the 20th century the construction of weekend houses and tourist objects started, resulting in the development of tourism.

Today there are about 180 inhabitants. Ražanj owes its tourist popularity to the atmosphere of a calm environment, natural beaches and clear blue sea.
