Further on, just a 5 minutes drive from the villa, is the historic medieval town of Omis with all modern amenities, a sandy beach with a safe clear bay in which to swim, and is where the river Cetina enters the sea. The river and the canyon behind the villa, not only provides the most wonderful scenery, but also affords a myriad of outdoor activities including canoeing, white water rafting, climbing, mountain biking etc. The hiking is particularly outstanding along paths through the wooded slopes to the mountain ridges.

Villa Stanici is perfectly positioned to provide for both a peaceful break in a beautiful quiet setting, and a base from where to pursue numerous outdoor sporting activities. Split is approximately a 30 minute drive away and Split airport a further 20 minutes.
