This gorgeous apartment is located on the slopes of Marjan hill, in the ancient district of Varos in Split. The apartment is within a 15 minute walk of town center.
The apartment is located on the third and fourth floor. First level consists of a spacious living room (which on one side contains a study area), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the next level which contains a double bedroom with city view and en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath, a double bedroom with mountain view terrace and en-suite bathroom. The stairs from this level leads out to the spacious roof top terrace offering the most beautiful views of the town and the sea. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fitted out to the very highest standards to satisfy the most demanding client. The apartment is located in a quiet street and guests are able to park their car in a private car parking space.
The property is available on a nightly basis however stays of less than three nights incur a 30% additional fee. All linens and towels are provided.
The town of Split has much to offer to its visitors. Because of its central position on the eastern coast of the Adriatic sea, the district of Split and Dalmatia has always had an extraordinary cultural and historical role. There is much to do and see in Split (sightseeing, summer festivals, numerous bars, restaurants and shops). It also provides easy access to the numerous islands located offshore.
