LIRIKA contracts to provide the following annual maintenance services:

• Monthly property inspection visit to identify any apparent maintenance problems

• Undertaking of essential repairs

• Gardening work (maintenance and landscaping)

• Start of tourist season spring clean

• Managing of additional works as instructed by client (e.g., renovations, decorating, additional furniture purchases etc)
